To return a hearing aid that you have purchased
within the past 30 days,
you must obtain a Return Product Authorization (RPA)
number from us. Please send us an RPA request by
e-mail to:
RPA@hearingcentral.com or call us at
847-295-6946. If you send us an e-mail, please include the
following minimum information:
- The date the hearing aid
was purchased
- The name of person
who bought the hearing aid
- Address where the
hearing aid was sent
- Optional - Why the hearing aid was not right
for you
When you receive the RPA number, please do the
following:
- Place the hearing aid and all documentation
into the original box
- Place the box into a standard bubble-wrapped
envelope
- Write the RPA number and the word "RETURNS" on
the outside of the envelope
- Return the hearing aid to:
- "RETURNS" , "RPA#" (The RPA number given to
you)

Before your monies are refunded to
you, we will deduct the original shipping
charges and a $30 restocking fee.
If you purchased
a hearing aid from us and need to have it repaired

Repair
Form by clicking here
- Place the hearing aid and all documentation
into the original box
- Place the box into a standard bubble-wrapped
envelope
- Write the RPA number and the word "REPAIRS"
on the outside of the envelope
- For USA purchasers INCLUDE A CHECK FOR $30 FOR SHIPPING AND
HANDLING
- For all other purchasers INCLUDE A CHECK FOR
$60 FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING
- Return the hearing aid to:
- "REPAIRS" , "RPA#" (The RPA number given to
you)

Depending on what is wrong with the unit, it
will take up to 14 days to repair. If the
hearing aid is found to be covered under our
12 month manufacturers warranty, there will
be no repair charge.
If the hearing aid is not under our 12 month
warranty, we will notify you of the charges
to repair. At that time, you can decide
whether to have it repaired or returned to
you.
